This project is a master planned residential development adjacent to the Gwinnett Stripers Stadium. The site includes an assisted living facility, senior cottages, and 34 single family units. This 20 acre site had 120,000 cubic yards of dirt, 5600 feet of storm drain, 6000 feet of water main, and 4000 feet of sanitary sewer. The complex site included the construction of 9 walls totaling nearly 22,000 square feet.
